MTN fails to respond - recycles my numbe

I am still waiting for a response from MTN. MTN you cancelled my number after failing to respond to queries sent via your website. Now even email appears to be problematic...

I maintain that since you fail to maintain communication, i should not have to pay the price - literally - for your incompetence/inability to respond. Your telephone operators offered no assistance either while i was trying to solve this issue via MTN Uganda. I should get my number back instead of the half boiled buzz word ridden response you give.

I await response via mail and via HP.
