No Response to query and no telephone numbe

I sent a request for assistance on the 18 July 2013, as I could not log into my account to respond to a customer complaint.
Four days later I still do not have access to my account and have unfortunately not been able to respond to my Patient.
Hellopeter choose only to communicate by E-mail, if this is the case then they should endeavour to be able to resolve the issues promptly.
