Poor service delivery

I have liaised with Vodacom Customer Care about the poor cellphone reception in our area (Fernwood Estate) and their response was initially that a new tower in Asla Park was to be commissioned the following week. That was a few months ago and still nothing. Cannot use 3g on computers or smartphone. Very poor for our modern society in this busy and bustling town.
