Poor Cellphone Reception and Internet Connectivity

It has now been more than a year ago that I started complaining about the poor reception/connectivity in the Edenvale area. After having a representative come out to my house and doing the necessary checks and confirming the poor reception/connectivity, I was told that I would be kept informed on the progress made to errect a new tower in my area. I do realise that it does not happen overnight and that approvals etc have to be obtained but as they undertook to do, I have not been kept informed. It is only everytime after I have to report them on HelloPeter that I get any response from them. It has yet again, been about 5 months since I last heard anything from Vodacom. I pay a substantial amount every month to this service provider and the impression I get is why should they bother responding to someone as insignificant as me. They make a fortune out of us users and get paid huge bonuses that we actually pay to them, and then we have to be satisfied with their poor service. Come on man, get off your backsides and work for your money for a change and get this mess sorted out!!!
