Still paying for 3G contract i have cancelled

I took out a 12 month contract and cell c incorrectly captured it as a 24 month contract. I have been trying since February to get this fixed (as I am being charged every month, and am no longer using the contract)
The "retention" department who apparently are the only people who can fix this, are impossible to get hold of, and don't even have a direct contact number???
I am now beyond sick of wasting my time trying to fix Cell C's mistake and have NEVER experienced such horrific customer service.
I now expect someone from Cell c to contact me, and to fix this!
