I have two contracts with MTN, one is for an iPhone 5 and the other for an MTN Sh@relink router and a 3gig light uncapped package. My provisioning date is the 14th of every month, My iPhone get provisioned on time every month, but my Data line gets provisioned late on the 15th. I have had numerous discussions with the supervisors and the agents who have proven themselves to be useless and incompetent. Where is my provisioning???

I spoke a supervisor named Naze this morning, she was un willing to assist me and provide me with the right information and assistance. while I was talking to her she just dropped the line. She is rude, incompetent and should not be working with customers, I am appalled at the intelligence level displayed by the supervisors and the agents.

Get your services in order!!!
This complaint will be spread across the social media sites for all to see, Maybe I can shame MTN into providing good customer services. I am sick of MTN treating their clients like rubbish!!!
