Vodacom over-charges, cuts-off, cannot substantiat

In September I had my data service suspended with no proper notice. I got 1 sms which I took as spamming. I lodged a complaint and now nearly 3 months later and having been disconnected again and dealing with legal department, the complaint still has not been sorted out. I purposefully took out the R199 3 GIG 3 GIG contract as I needed a fixed amount payable each month. For 10 months of my contract I operated within my limits. Then I got a bill (after being cutt-off) of over R5 000 for GIGS supplied without my knowledge or consent. Nearly 3 months later I am still waiting for a copy of my contract. I signed forms (against my will) to be provided with proof of what I had done. Still nothing. On my 11 year old computer I am told that I downloaded movies, then media site, then video streaming. I know what movies are but do not know how to download them. I do not know what the others are and no-one can explain them to me. I have twice had a computer expert in and he assures me that there is no way I could have done this while in bed asleep, climbing the mountain, sleeping 20km away, or at any other time. I repeatedly request that his be sorted - no avail. This is my business
