Pathetic service

Been about 3 months last since I had internet access... have called them, logged calls, they claim the line is fixed... promise to sent an technician .. still waiting... complained on facebook said they will come back to me... still paying for a service that's not being rendered to me... I want action now!!!.. or we will take this matter further.
