Hi

After being placed on hold for 40 minutes, I have decided to write my complaint here since Telkom doesn't even give an email to complain.

After various communication with Telkom, and 3 technical supporters arriving at my place, there was no solution to the problem with my line, and so some weeks ago I decided to cancel it. The problem is that I had made some payments while the line was faulty and was promised that I will be credited in due time, and that was in October. It is December now and still I have not been credited. Even worse, the bill keeps increase every month, and I am still being charged for services I have not used even after I have cancelled the line.

I hate the fact that Telkom has the monopoly in the landlines, it seems they can do whatever they want and give us terrible service because they know we do not have an alternative. If this is the services I'm getting on the landlines, I will never switch to Telkom Mobile.
