No feedback on extra charges

Refer to my first complaint. I received a generic response from Nashua about the problem being escalated, but no real response. I have further discovered that the call limit that I referred to in the previous complaint, is not really a limit. I was just explained by a rep from Nashua earlier, that the call limit only comes into effect after the current call/download/sms is finished. This info was not given to me when I phoned them the last time! In other words, if you have 1 minute of talk time left before the call limits comes into play, then the call will go through and if you talk for 10 minutes, the other 9 minutes will be an extra charge. This happened to me this morning when a download was taking place (the wi-fi had disconnected and the download continued on mobile data) and i was charged R66 beyond the R20 call limit set up. I am told by Nashua that they cannot block it at the limit which I find ludicrous. To me, this is just an unethical and underhanded way of making money off consumers. In all my dealings with cellular companies and their affiliates in this country, it is becoming more and more clear to me that the whole industry is out to shaft the consumer.
