I would like to say well done to vodacom for always providing me with great service, my phn was in the repair centre and it was returned in super quick time, like within a day.
Well done vodacom.

I will give you a suggestion though, the new ticket system is really sucky and slow, I had to wait 45 minutes to book my phn and 30 minutes to finish.

The previous system was better which allowed customers to do other errands in vodaworld and vibrated when it was then turn.

The new system is really horrible, many clients got up and left.

My suggestion is please go back to your old system, the new one is not efficient.
