Wait time and lines not working

This is day 2 that I've spend 15 minutes on hold and still not have my query listened too. Yesterday, I was told I have to call back in 1 hour as their system is down - I HAVE TO CALL BACK because THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN!! Unacceptable! I've just spend 15 minutes listening to music and now you want me to call you back again when the "call volume" will be even higher!

Called this morning, spend 16 minutes on hold and Lerato answered, just to not hear me on the other side and disconnect my call!

This is ridiculous. All I need to do is cancel a contract.

Please sort out the phone system of your 082 1958 cancellation lines!!! You are wasting my time.
