Reported fault 2 weeks ago. All that I've received was their fist sms confirming my fault reporting. Since then NOTHING. I've completed the escalation form on their website TWICE - nothing - not even acknowledgment of receipt. I work from home and have had to use my cellphone for 2 weeks - cost me a fortune.
