Mweb's sales, support and their technical staff. From the start they messed up my initial order for a new ADSL Line & new 4MB connection which was to be bonded (with my existing 4MB ADSL) to an 8MB line. After waiting almost 1 & half months, they finally installed and it worked for 1 hour and then my Internet, emails just wont work. Every technician in the call centre gives me different reasons why the internet is down, passing buck. they blame Telkom, and after almost 24 hours no one has come back to me with any solution.
