No guarantee of speeds even on business uncapped

Hi there I recently spoke to a few people who work for afrihost including a supervisor who works for afrihost and I was told from this supervisor that even on a business uncapped I cannot be guaranteed my full line speed on international servers, I run a business from home and as such I require full speed to international servers and yet I am being told I cannot reach them? I am a business customer and I expected that paying more that a general consumer I would receive full speed on international servers at any given time and yet I am getting 1/4 of my line speed on international downloads and that is on a good day, I would like everybody to know that afrihost is not the what they appear to be, ISP of the year? Then why do I get rude consultants and not getting what I am paying for? I will say this to everyone I know, DO NOT USE AFRIHOST, very soon I will be canceling my account and going with a smaller but way better ISP because afrihost is not the one for me, they are unable to manage lines and accounts so I urge everybody who is looking for a good ISP, if you see afrihost, turn and run in the other direction
