Ive logged calls regarding my line not syncing at the 10mb i signed up for. Telkom says my line is only set to 4mb. Afrihost says its 10mb. However My afrihost clientzone states 2mb. Ive asked Afrihost to correct this. Many times. Afrihost then says they logged a call with telkom regarding my line issues.

When i asked for feedback they asked if i am still experiencing intermittent issues? The call was logged because my port cannot be recreated on the exchange and my sync speed is poor. So i ask what intermittent issue considering the call was logged for an apparent exchange issue.

Ive begged Ive pleaded. I asked nice. Fix this thing. Then i get some phone call saying ooooo sorry sir. Its your loss you should have consulted with us before hand? Really? My exchange does support 10mb.

I keep logging calls then i get feedback with different responses from different people with different results. Like there is no internal communication at afrihost.

Needles to say i have grown extremely tired of asking the same thing over and over.
Will give it till the end of the day to have some resolution
