Cell C
Little or NO Cell C network coverage in our area

Have complained 3 times in last 3 weeks to Cell C customer service-in writing
Responces have been "your problem has been escalated" BUT nothing has ever been done.
Transmitter in our area is constantly down or on 1 bar max. Dropped calls in area are almost 90%.
Problem only started 2 months back and am still receiving strong signals in all other areas.
Have 4 cell c phones in our family & all have same problem. My clients have all advised me to change as service is horrific and can understand why cell C m.d. is in hospital with stress with such bad staff backup.
Respect that since moving to Cell C earlier this year some other networks seem to restrict access to cell C network as when connecting thro other networks have no such problem.
Our problem is simple a faulty transmitter & since they don't care would recomend anyone thinking of moving to Cell C to go elsewhere -like we are all doing in the new year. Fortunately we only have pre paid contracts and have no contractual committment to continue accepting their bad service. Have lost and continue to lose many times more than we can ever save in reduced rates thro my unhappy clients alone.
