ITC Listed even though Service wasnt upheld

Last year my telkom line stopped working. i logged a few complaints and noone attended to it.
I told them i am not making payment until the issue is resolved as i cannot use my line.
even though telkom had not done anything, they went and listed me. I am forced to pay even though there was no service by this useless service provider. Now upon paying they stated that it will stay on my name for two years? This is absolutely ridiculous, Telkom are the worst service provider i have ever came accross. I would have happily paid them if they had attended to my issue, even if they could not fix it but at least showed up. This is not how you treat people yet alone the consumer.
