I have not been receiving my account timeously, I have called the call centre and they promised that this problem would be resolved, this has been happening time and again, very annoying. Its impacting my submission of this bill to my company for re-imbursement. I have now missed cut off and will now hold MTN accountable for the non payment.

How do I lodge a grievance for this issue?
