Too quick to bully without the facts

I wrote two complaints already on hellopeter, todate no response or feedback was received, now out of the blue i get an sms saying my account is to be taken further, i truly thought maybe they dont have my number since no response was received to my query,

why bully customer's who are willing to get a problem solved?
