On 11 December i went to Mitchells Plain MTN Branch (Promenade) and queried a problem: phone de-activated due to a "payment" the system could not detect. I kindly advised the branch manager that have made a payment via internet banking on the 23/09/2013. the manager Masnoena Arendse and her colleague Wakeelah Hoosein responded in the most appalling and blatant rude attitude that the system can not be wrong and i need to acquire proof of payment. i was totally flabagasted by such "barbaric" and outright appalling out burst. i have never in my entire life experienced such service from any any service provider. i acquired the proof of payment from a bank statement: and was 100% correct the payment has been made on 23/09/2013 via internet banking to MTN. I returned to the shop and both of the aforementioned MTN "staff" conveniently were extremely busy to assist me (bearing in mind im standing there with my wife and our twin babies). When Wakeelah "finally" became avail to assist: she blatantly refused assistance with my query after seeing the proof of payment and have being made a fool by a customer. the "manager" then advised my query Ref 3026485 will be resolved within 48 hours
