I made a payment and used express clearance and the payment did not go through immediately. I phoned online banking and they advised that I must wait a hour and if the payment did not go through by then, I can do another payment because the first one will then not go through. I made another payment a hour later and just after the second payment was made, the other one went through as well. Then they said I must fill in a form and it will take 5 working days to get my money back. I spoke to the manager who said that he will phone me back after he listened to the voice recording. The basics is, I made a payment based on the advise received from a FNB consultant (who clearly do not know his job) and now they do not want to reverse the payment, so I lost R 3475.00 due to the incompetency of the individuals who are working at FNB, and not even the manager wants to call me back as promised, I will take this further and will most probably move my account to another bank. Please, nobody must support FNB, how can we help you. Hahahahah
