Payment of my loan installment

I made an internet transfer to African Bank account in August 2009, and after that i faxed a proof of payment to them, after a few months they phoned me to say that I have'nt made a payment, they gave me a fax number to fax proof of payment of which I did. Nothing was done with that proof of payment.

I went to the branch in Eloff Street, a consultant took my documents and faxed proof to their legal department, they sent me a reference number to confirm receipt of my querry. 2 years later my querry is still not resolved. Everytime when I phone to find out if they have located the money, they told me that I must fax the proof of payment again, and i send the proof of payment, but still they cant resolve my query. When i go and apply for credit it reflect on my credit profile, of which is unfair to me because i paid my loan.

I ended up paying the loan again with interest because I wanted to remove this negative status on my credit profile. I want African bank to refund my money that I paid in 2009.
