Very rare do I ever have anything good to say about call centre personnel.
But this time I have only good things to say about PHAPHANI .(contract money division)
She was very pleasant, Knew exactly what I wanted, was able to assist me with international roaming and was very efficient in doing so.
Not only has she helped me, but she has also restored some of my confidence in vodacom customer care.
