I confirm my telephone conversations with both of you this morning and confirm that the cell phone number has been unblocked.
I would also like to thank both of you for the very professional and helpful service you both rendered to me. For many years, I have not been impressed with Vodacom for various reasons. However, after my contact with both of you today, this view has changed and I really appreciate the pleasant, professional and efficient way you resolved my problem. If all other call centre and customer care employees displayed your dedication to client service, life would be a lot easier for clients. Thank you again."
