Cancellation Of Contract

I would just like to compliment Vodacom Customer Care for a very efficient service. I contacted Vodacom in May 2012 to cancel one of my contracts with them and the person that helped me was Zunaid Ismail. I had sent through a query via the website and I instantly got a response... like couple minutes! I was really shocked with such quick service. Thank you to Zunaid for being so efficient and for helping me with my cancellation.

I also have another contract and in October 2012 I wanted to cancel and same like before i got a speedy response from Rowena Kruger. I wanted to know what amount i needed to pay to cancel my contract and i was helped immediately. Since I did not cancel my contract as yet i contacted the customer care on 30 Jan 2013 and spoke to Nobulungisa Ganca who was also very efficient and willing to help me.

Thank you to these lovely call agents. There are not may like you out there. And people like me really do appreciate such awesome service.
