Pathetic Business Line Service!!!

Our business telephone has been down since the 25/10/2013.
I have been reporting it daily to Telkom but it seems they are absolutely not interested in fixing this line!
As a business, we have been losing income due to the absolute pathetic service we are receiving from Telkom!! I am seriously in the market for a new telecom supplier.
When I called Telkom yet AGAIN today, I get told the problem was resolved. I'm amazed at the audacity if the person who claims it was resolved because our line is STILL DOWN!!
Telkom runs huge ad campaigns trying to convince consumers that their service is good, but what a load of bull!! They can't even supply basic services when a line is down!
It's not the first time this has happened, and it probably won't be the last!

Have you ever heard of Quality and not Quantity Telkom??!
Provide us quality cos we paying for it!!
