Still no refund

I was promised that the refund will be made on Tuesday 10 December 2013. It is now Thursday 12 December 2013. The deduction was unauthorised. I feel robbed by a company that do not care about anybody. I made provition for other debit orders on my account. and when this unauthorised debit went through there was not enough funds for the other debit orders to go off. They were returned unpaid and now I am sitting with a negative mark on my account. I also have to pay penalty for this. Why does this happen and why do I not get my money back. PLEASE BE AWARE OF VIRGIN THEY DO NOT PLAY FARE.
