So I ordered an Samsung Note 3 - a week ago.
My phone died - and needed a phone urgently.
I have talked to 1 customer service agent and have sent 3 e-mails - one on their website and 2 directly (Calling again now!)
No reply and no update (I indicated my alternative number and that I should be contacted via e-mail). My phone is dead - so I needed one ASAP and was told in Cell C Canal walk - that this would be easier.
Al I want to say now is keep the phone! If I do not receive it by tomorrow morning - I will kindly not accept delivery of the phone and place my order with a more established SP.
