Unauthorised Debit orders Platinum Credit Card Corporations

As from July 2012 there were unauthorised debit orders on my bank account. The bank told me that the debit orders are from the Platinum Credit Card Solutions. The are aware of this incident and I havent been refunded.
My refrence number: 1522383
The total amount for the debit orders are: R 9167.85.
I expect a full refund as well the bank charges and the intrest I would have occured.
