Canceld debit order still going off

I complaint about debit orders going down and the personal at elite mobile sworn that it was canceled and that I will get my money back, I did recieve my money back just to get it deducted again. were talking of almost R250 per month for something that I did not want in the first place. The lady who helped me to get the credit said that the recording proofs that I never said yes to these "extra" services.
