Constant no feedback from Insurance Dept

I have a insurance dispute that I am trying to resolve with MTN but it is nearly impossible to get hold of the insurance department. The phone holding times are about 30 mins.

When I do speak to someone they say they haven't received my paper yet from their colleague or that they are busy looking at the papers and will call me back in a few minutes or by the end of the business day. This has now been going on for DAYS.

Do not make unrealistic expectations to your customers. Don't promise to call if you are unsure if you have time.

I STILL don't know what to about getting a new SIM as nobody has told me if I must just go get one and do a SIM swop or if this will happen as part of the claim process??? I don't want to go pay for a sim swop and then have insurance charge me AGAIN for a sim.

This is ridiculous service. Your sales people make it sound like oh its so easy you just call up and insurance will help you, give you a temp phone if yours needs to go in for repairs etc etc. But how then if it takes DAYS just ot GET HOLD OF SOMEONE??
