Terrible after sales service

I bought a Blackberry 9320 from Vodacom Tygervalley in July 2013. Within the first week, I had to travel the 400 km's (there and back) from our home to take the phone in. I could not use it. It would not scroll to anything. I was told by the sales assistant that the phone had to be rebooted once a week! I did this religiously to no avail. I took it in for them to repair in November and after a week they returned it with the same problem, which showed up right there in their shop. The phone just died and every time I had to wait for it to reboot and I had to put in my pin before I could receive mails or make calls. It is in again now for the same problem, but I am told that they will not replace the phone which is under the manufacturers warranty, but if after I've driven another 400 km's and brought it in for the third time and they still cannot fix it, they might consider replacing it with a refurbished phone?! I am losing business because of this. All I want is for someone to MAKE ME SMILE and a phone that works!
