I upgraded my neotel data to a bigger package
I was told an antenna would be installed for faster speed also the router I have will give signal through out my apartment. a day later I can't get signal out side the room the router has been installed. call center pushes me from one department to another no one helped me still or even contacted me. The wires ran was so untidy. If it not sorted out I want my contract cancelled with no pay in.
