PHONE DOES NOT HAVE A WARRANTY???!!!

I am so disgusted!!! I took out a cell phone contract with cell c but VIA FNB i now have a problem with my phone and called into cell c in order to arrange for repairs. To my dismay the call centre staff tells me that my phone has not got a warranty and is not covered!!! I was never informed of this and to my knowledge it is standard to have a 1 year warranty on your phone when on contract. I f this matter is not resolved soon i am considering ending my contract with cell c!!!
