HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A CALL???

So today it's a week that I am waiting for Vodacom to come back to me regarding my complaint and still nothing!!!

I want to upgrade and they are delaying it and I'm getting irritated and don't think I want to continue with Vodacom any more (I have four contract with them and never missed a payment!)

This is disgusting service!!!
