I spoke to Sanele Kasele approximately two weeks ago and he attempted to assist me to rectify my email settings for outlook on my PC, which was an epic fail because firstly he had no idea what he was doing and secondly he cost me thousands of Rands in data because he was deleting and uploading my mailbox which has a lot of data stored, without thinking. While on the call with him he noticed I was out of data and suggested that I buy a bundle, upon which I told him that I have been trying to but I have a prepaid account linked which I can't get in to and your website won't allow me to register twice. After he 'cost me the thousands of rands in data' he then to tell me that he will log a call and phone me in an hour... I'm still waiting for his call...

I then phoned that Monday after my call on the Friday with Sanele and spoke with Tiny who then told me that my account will be R3500 at the end of Dec and that Sanele never logged a call... what a @$#@%#@ surprise from Vodacom who always seem to fail in service standards. She logged a call ref S3-T8I1C-CH9PS.

What I want is: 1. Compensation for the data loss because of a lack of knowledge and 2. feedback on the outcome of the query
