Still awaiting refund for bis

I upgraded my contract and was still being billed for bis even though I wasn't using a blackberry anymore. I queried this and was promised a refund for the 3 months. To date I have still not received my refund. I've called numerous times and was promised the money will be refunded within 48 hours. Its now a week and still no refund. When am I getting my refund? And what is MTN going to do to restore my faith? Right now I want to cancel my contracts with mtn and move to another network like vodacom. I have a contract with vodacom and they only give exceptional services. Mtn should be trained by them!!! The empty promises made by mtn is pathetic
