CONTRACT PHONE ON REPAIRS

My name is Pinky Mdletshe i have 3 contracts with Cell C. I had a problem with my Blackberry 9900 which i have this contract not more than 6 months, i took my phone to Umlazi Mega city Branch where i opened the contract and they told me my phone will be back in 21 days, i have not recieved any message stating at Midrand there recieved my phone and how far there are, Its the festive season now and yet i need my phone desperately worst part they told me there dont have loan phone. my IMEI 35150405431644 BLACKBERRY 9900
