Phone that simply wont work

I bought a Nokia 710 phone from cell c direct almost a years ago. To date my internet has not worked and my calls are directed to voice mail. I have called them on numerous occasions and I have been shunted between various depts from their tech team to call centre and back. I called them a few minutes ago and was given this formula #330*1234# to help me receive my calls. The consultant tried to call me on my phone and was routed to voice mail. He tried to transfer me back to his tech team and could not so he asked me to call them on 0841555555. They referred me to him a few minutes earlier as they could not fix my internet and gave me nokias number 0861166542 .I am going to stop my debit order and they can come and collect their phone. What a terrible customer experience and almost a year payments late
