No matter where i go in the counrty i get several dropped calls on the vodacom network per day. Calling the customer care line, i get every excuse under the sun! I was told i need to "refresh" my phone, had a faulty sim card, the tower in my area is faulty!
Where is the accountability?
Hear people have little or no problem with MTN!
