MWEB bad customer service

Six days ago a requested a cancellations form from MWEB. The next day I got a reply from the sales department indication the e-mail was sent forward to the correct department.

Four days later still no response from the CORRECT department. I followed it up with another e-mail on which I did not even get a response.

It seems like MWEB are using this kind of tactic to try and keep me as a subscriber for a month longer than what I chose to be.

Hope I can get some response via hellopeter as it seems the only way to get someone to deliver some service.
