I am unhappy with 8ta Telkom mobile, I have called their call centre and enquired about their cancelation process. I was given an email address to which I had to send my cancellation to. On the 19/11/2013 I sent an email about week later I called them to check up on my cancelation seeing that I had not received any feedback from 8ta, I was told that you cannot cancel a contract on email and that there is a form I was supposed to complete. I was annoyed at this because the consultant I spoke to when I got the email did not tell me this. I then completed and sent the form to them on 29/11/2013. Still I did not receive any feedback. today 11/12/2013 I called and was told they cannot check if they received my mail and that it takes them up to 20 days to respond. I have the service they are giving me and I did not like the attitude I got from the call centre agent (Hlezi) I spoke to.
