3 months and upgrade still not fixed

In November 2013, I started receiving calls from a Vodacom automated voice telling me that I owed an extra amount and giving me options as to how I wanted to pay. No explanation as to why the money was owed. No option to speak to a human being. Calls came every day several times. Eventually I called customer care, and they told me that my contract had been upgraded, online, which I had not done. Said they would fix it. Didn't. Phoned again. After being handed to THREE different departments, a consultant said she would fix it, but she had not understood the problem. Didnt fix it. Went to Sandton Customer Care. Waited 20 min for service. Consultant could do nothing EXCEPT PHONE THE CALL CENTRE from his desk, as if he were the customer. Does no one in this company receive adequate training? He told me the upgrade needed to be investigated before it could be corrected. 24 - 48 hours. Went back five days later. Waited 20 minutes AGAIN. New consultant checked the system. Still pending she said. Would be done before 1 Jan. Went into local Vodacom branch yesterday. Asked the gentleman to check the system. Nothing had been done. Can he help? Unfortunately not. FFS. Don't know why I asked.
