Advertise samsung watch with phone

Sunday 10th of November i went to Vodacom to upgrade my cell phone contract to a new package vodacom advertises with the Samsung galaxy note 3 the gear. They did not have the watch in stock and said they would have on the Tuesday 12th of November. I have repeatedly gone back to the store and they still do not have stock of the watch but i am still paying the extra for the watch on my contract. this is unacceptable how they can advertise a product and not have stock within 3 weeks. They also cannot tell me when they will be getting stock.
