On the evening of Wednesday the 4th December, my ADSL line at home went down (Once Again). On the morning of Thursday the 5th December I logged a call with Telkom being 511crk051213. Needless to say, it is now the 11th of December and my ADSL is STILL not working even after numerous phone calls. What I find amazing is that Telkom doesn't skip a beat when it comes to the submission of billing invoices (which i pay in full every month, on time) and they give me a date deadline of the 27th of each month yet when it comes to providing me with e service I pay for, I'm made to wait what is so far a week and counting. This is unacceptable. So, I hereby refuse to pay for a full month of service when I'm only having three weeks of service. Telkom will be paid pro rata for pro rata service. Im sick and tired of spending money on phone calls where I'm made to wait for forever to get someone to "help" me or, hang up in sheer frustration for waiting over 15 mins for the phone to be answered. Your service stinks Telkom.
