Service that is too pathetic for words

I took my Samsung S4 into cell c at n1 city mall sometime in September 2013 because the battery was swollen and lasting about an hour after full charge. I had only had the phone for 4 months so it was still under warranty. After about a month of not hearing from them I pitched up at their store and apparently my phone had arrived the day before but nobody bothered to phone me. When they handed the phone to me I realised that there was a chip out of the frame which wasn't there before. So they explained that it will have to get booked in again and I'll have to wait approximately 3 weeks again. After about another month I checked with them again and they told me it should be here the following week. When I went in to collect my phone the same mark was there plus an additional one next to it. I complaint and said that this is ridiculous and I demand a new phone as they have damaged the phone and it's still under 6 months old. They also deleted all my content on the phone by doing a new software download. They booked it in and said that they will get back to me regarding this issue. After weeks of fighting with Anneleigh the manager of the store I don't have a phone for about 3 months
