They disconnected me

I have a business sim card from work that i use for vpn connection to work.
i require it to work remotely, but vodacom thought it would be funny if they disconnevcted me so that i am not able to work. maybe they want me to lose my job. i tried to connect but it appoears that the connectivity has been disabled. it says "Internet Inhibitor. You currently cannot access the Internet as this service is not activated for your cellphone number." the number in question is 0721449199/C0014479-0
