Vodacom
3G Modem - either no connection or poor connection

Since I signed for a 3G Vodacom internet modem in July 2012 it is now the 4 th modem I have (the other 3 were all faulty) and this one is also not working properly. Then I can connect - sometimes just for a short while and then it disconnects by itself - then I cannot connect. Most of the time when I can connect the connection is so poor that there is no internet access. I really would like to connect and have internet access every time. I pay my monthly payment for that every month. I am very disappointed in Vodacom's service. I really hope that they will do something about my very frustrating problem!
