Vodacom
2 referance numbers and still no service

I have placed 2 orders with vodacom ref number IQDE89 and 3H0137. I understand that it's subject to their terms and conditions, but I was informed that a sales consultant would contact me within 24 hours of placing the order. well its been more than 24hours and I still didn't get a call. Vodacom if you don't want customers don't advertise. You doing yourself more harm than good. even if the contracts I applied for does not get approved, at least inform your client, truly pathetic, and to think I thought CellC was bad
